Job Description for CRT:

  • Manage clients independently.
  • Coordinate with clients for processing of background verifications requests.
  • Acknowledge case received from the clients.
  • Share insufficiency details with Clients within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Share weekly trackers, 7th day updates to the Clients.
  • Share consolidated cumulative insufficiencies with Clients weekly twice as reminders.
  • Regular followups with the Candidates for online submissions, requesting / reminding candidate to submit background application on time with the help of support team members.
  • Regular followups with the Candidates to share the insufficient documents/details with the help of support team members.
  • Clearing insufficiencies through the online portal.
  • Informing Client on discrepancies and clarifications.
  • Tracking cases for timely closure.
  • Followup with the Operations Team for timely completion of requests.
  • Informing Clients on delay in closures, if any.
  • Handling Operation teams’ queries via email and calls.
  • Handling Client queries via emails and calls.
  • Ensure reports are dispatched to the clients.
  • Respond / Act on all Client emails on immediate basis.
  • Payment follow up with Client to ensure to get the payment on time.
  • Monthly / Quarterly performance review with Client.
  • Submit online system Enhancement Request & Change Request.
  • Keep track on Client’s MSA Expiry dates.
  • Start MSA renewal process two-three months before the expiry.
  • Complete the MSA renewal with the client.

Job Specification:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Sound Knowledge in BGV Process and Client handling.
  • Good English Communication Skill and Other Language skill will be added advantages.
  • Good in Ms Office tools.
